DAS & Associates, embarked on its journey on 08th November, 2023 for rendering of professional services in the areas of Corporate Law Compliance and Management. The firm has been established under the visionary leadership of Ms. Divya Agarwal Sharma.

Ms. Divya Agarwal Sharma is a Fellow Member of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)’ since March, 2015. She is also a Law Graduate (LLB). Before starting CS Practice, Ms. Divya Agarwal Sharma was working as Deputy Manager, Legal & Secretarial, Indian Synthetic Rubber Private Limited (ISRPL) (A Joint Venture of Indian Oil and TSRC Corporation, Taiwan) from 2014 to 2023. Before that, she was a CS intern in MTNL and other Practicing CS Firms. She is having a corporate experience of more than 10 years.
